THE EXPERIENCE BEHIND THE WORK

From operational discipline
to commercial possibility.

From 1989 to 2019, Curtiss worked at Boeing in senior leadership roles, including managing the Boeing Executive Program. His experience spans executive development, Lean, Theory of Constraints, innovation, and organizational transformation.

Today, that experience informs a practice focused on connecting manufacturing capabilities with AI-enabled external growth.

AI Manufacturing Growth brings these perspectives to a practical executive question: where might a manufacturing business be missing profitable growth opportunities, and what should its leadership investigate next?

Boeing does not endorse this independent practice.

THE LEADERSHIP PERSPECTIVE

01 / OPERATIONS

Understand what
the business can deliver.

Start with manufacturing capabilities, commitments, and constraints. More demand is useful only when the business can evaluate whether the work fits.

02 / MARKETS

Ask where those
capabilities matter.

Investigate better-fit customers and adjacent markets with requirements that deserve a closer look.

03 / JUDGMENT

Make the next
investigation useful.

Use AI to support discovery and clearer questions while keeping executive judgment, evidence, and commercial realities in view.
